Job Summary: The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, identifying and resolving issues related to the assembly process. Key Highlights: 1. Handle tools, read technical drawings, and comply with safety standards. The **Assembler** is responsible for assembling and testing products, as well as identifying and resolving issues related to the assembly process. Duties and Responsibilities * Assemble components across all product lines, selecting appropriate tools and accessories. * Test assembled products and resolve issues associated with assembly and testing. * Read drawings, identify components, and use manual tools and rework techniques. * Operate equipment, dimension parts and mechanical assemblies, and establish tolerances. * Maintain labor records for all transactions. * Apply principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement. Competencies **Education** * Technical high school diploma or equivalent. **Knowledge** * Tool handling and technical drawing interpretation. * Knowledge of traceability processes, fixtures, and inspection. * Compliance with strict safety standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Use of measurement equipment. * Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics (pressure test bay). * Availability to work three rotating shifts. **Experience** * Preferred experience in manufacturing of products and measurement equipment. * Experience in production techniques and planning. Salary: $14,850.00 - $16,350.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
