Requirements: * Certified Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field) * Minimum 2 years of experience as a workshop supervisor (cranes, heavy machinery, etc.) * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft, Windows, and Office applications * Knowledge of diagnostic tools Responsibilities: * Coordinate the technical team * Manage work orders and repairs * Resolve customer issues and submit repair proposals * Manage tools, process warranty claims, improve work quality, etc. We Offer: * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities * Continuous training * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Work Location: Apodaca, northern airport zone Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $36,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
