Important: An international company with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a **Process Development Engineer** for its offices in **Monterrey**, Nuevo León. **Process Engineer – Building from Scratch** We seek a *plug & play* profile eager to leave a mark: you will be responsible for **designing, documenting, and standardizing processes from scratch**, creating the company's operational foundation in Monterrey. Key Responsibilities * Gather information from key areas and design **TO-BE** processes aligned with best practices. * Document procedures according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. * Implement continuous improvement tools and risk analysis techniques (FMEA, poka-yokes). * Train teams on new processes and ensure adoption. * Monitor KPIs and internal/external audits. Candidate Profile * Industrial/Process/Quality Engineering degree. MANDATORY * 1–3 years of experience in process creation. * Knowledge of ISO standards and process optimization methodologies. * Critical thinking, clear communication, and results orientation. * Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution sectors is desirable.
