Location: FINSA I Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Completed or near-completion Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced conversational English **(mandatory)**, with the ability to communicate effectively in workplace settings and follow up with international customers or suppliers. **Job Responsibilities** * Ability to interpret welding drawings and thermal treatment specifications, identifying weld location, length, orientation, as well as critical zones requiring thermal treatment—particularly on pressure-bearing components and functional sealing surfaces of cylinders, pumps, valves, and motors. * Proficiency in using welding gauges, calipers, thickness gauges, and other instruments to verify weld dimensions, as well as hardness measurement equipment or other means to validate thermal treatment results, ensuring dimensional tolerances, mechanical properties, and correctness. * Evaluate welding quality and thermal treatment compliance with applicable standards, identifying defects such as porosity, cracks, lack of fusion, distortions, overheating, hardness outside specification, or inadequate microstructures that may compromise pressure resistance, service life, and safety of hydraulic components. * Monitor distortions, residual stresses, and dimensional variations generated during welding and thermal treatment, ensuring concentricity, critical fits, and precision of sealing surfaces required in hydraulic systems.
