




**Purpose of the Position:** Carry out the entry, validation, and payment of customs entry forms to proceed with the import and export process as applicable; promote company development by meeting departmental objectives based on the Quality Management System; and provide comprehensive customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * · Receive files from classification staff (files are separated into two trays: Entry and Validation & Payment) and review them. * · Separate documents (Letter of Nomination, Prior Notice, Commercial Invoice, Letter of Non-Marketing, Shipping Guide). * · Review references and verify fields on the System screen. * · Enter information into blank fields (observations, tariff classifications, currency), ensuring that the information entered matches the supporting documents. * · Assign customs entry number. * · Print customs entry form and invoice translation. * · Forward file to the Customs Operations Coordinator. * · Retrieve file from the Validation & Payment tray. * · Log into the System and generate validation and payment file. * · Send information to the Validator (Customs Brokers Association). * · Await response once validated. * · Copy file and download it into the Aduasis system. * · Verify that the seal is correct. * · Print the Value Declaration and Calculation Sheet. * · Attach documents to the file and forward to the Account Executive. **Requirements:** * 18 years of age or older. * Completed high school education; incomplete Technical Degree in International Trade. * Skills: Attention to document detail, time management, software proficiency, effective communication. * Knowledge: Importation – Exportation. **We Offer:** * Statutory Benefits * Grocery Vouchers * Savings Fund * Major Medical Expense Insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $9,500.00 – $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Grocery Vouchers Work Location: On-site Employment
