Job Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strengthening of internal controls within a multinational automotive environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the full accounting cycle and prepare financial statements under NIF/IFRS. 2. Ensure tax and regulatory compliance; coordinate SOX audits. 3. Report financial results to Corporate on a weekly and monthly basis. We are looking for a **General Accountant** who ensures accuracy in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strengthening of internal controls within a multinational automotive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full accounting cycle (journal entries, accruals, depreciation, monthly and annual closings). * Prepare timely and accurate financial statements under NIF / IFRS standards. * Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in accordance with Mexican legislation. * Manage fixed asset controls and treasury operations. * Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as SOX compliance. * Report financial results to Corporate (weekly and monthly). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (CPA preferred). * 4–7 years of experience in general accounting. * Experience in multinational companies. * Strong knowledge of IFRS / NIF and Mexican tax legislation. * ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar). * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate to advanced English. **We Offer** * Life insurance * Uniforms * Meal vouchers * Gasoline vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Subsidized cafeteria * Savings fund * 30 days’ bonus (aguinaldo) **Schedule** Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location** Diamante Industrial Park, Santa Catarina Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
