Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to efficiently control and manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies for the maintenance of transportation units. Key Highlights: 1. Physical and system inventory control and management 2. Support in quotations and supplier follow-up 3. Specific control of automotive spare parts and safety equipment !!!!!!!! Due to growth, we are hiring a Warehouse Clerk !!!!!!! The primary objective of this position is to efficiently control and manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, supplies, and materials required for preventive and corrective maintenance of personnel transportation units. Functions and Responsibilities * Receiving, inspection, and registration of spare parts, tires, lubricants, and materials. * Physical and system inventory control and management. * Fulfillment of spare parts to the maintenance department according to authorized work orders. * Control of warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Verification of minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Preparation of material consumption and turnover reports. * Support in physical and periodic inventories. * Control of tools and equipment assigned to mechanics. * Proper safeguarding of materials. * Support in quotations and supplier follow-up. * Specific control: automotive spare parts, tires, lubricating oils, filters, batteries, and safety equipment.
