The position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities by correctly specifying our product portfolio in strategic projects. The role combines prospecting, specification, negotiation, and closing activities, as well as managing key accounts and participating in tenders and commercial agreements. The advisor will be a key player in relationships with developers, construction companies, architecture firms, engineering firms, and decision-makers, providing technical-commercial support, project follow-up, and ensuring correct adoption of SIKA solutions from the design stage through execution. Your Experience \- Our Strengths * Minimum 5 years of experience in project specification within the construction sector. * Solid and demonstrable knowledge of Building Finishing: adhesives, stuccos, mortars, and construction chemicals (e.g., form release agents, curing compounds, sealants, among others). * Experience managing key accounts and high-impact projects. * Ability to generate new business, conduct active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships. * Experience in negotiation, closing commercial agreements, and participating in tenders. * Senior profile, autonomous, results-oriented, with strong technical-commercial focus. * Ability to interact effectively with various decision-making levels (technical, commercial, and executive).
