The person in this position will be responsible for handling branch and user reports, tracking tickets, supporting critical incidents, and participating in scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring the operational continuity of systems. **Requirements** * Experience in **technical support / application support / POS support**. * Intermediate-level knowledge of **Linux**. * Basic experience in **Shell Scripting**. * Basic administration of **Rocky Linux** or similar distributions. * Knowledge of **SQL Server and/or Oracle**. * Ability to perform **basic queries** and data validation. * Experience handling tickets, incidents, and user support. * Knowledge or experience using **ServiceNow** (desirable). * Availability to participate in **on-call duties and scheduled maintenance**. **Details:** * **Location:** Obispado area (On-site) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Major Medical Expense Insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance Workplace: On-site employment
