With over 30 years of experience, we have developed more than 33,000 homes, committed to building sustainable environments that foster happy family communities for a better world. **We Are Seeking:** **Construction Control Coordinator** **Job Objective**: Ensure construction control, monitoring, and tracking of physical progress, guaranteeing compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and construction processes through implementation of a quality management system that standardizes procedures, reduces rework, and enhances operational efficiency across projects. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** · Monitor physical progress versus construction schedule (daily, weekly, and monthly) · Validate volumes executed per work front. · Prepare physical\-financial progress reports. · Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions. · Consolidate information from site managers, supervisors, and contractors. · Generate performance indicators (KPIs) for construction projects. **Requirements:** Education: Architect or Civil Engineer. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the real estate sector, including construction administration, budget control, cost control, physical\-financial progress reporting, supervision and control of construction activities in accordance with quality standards and established timelines, and management and assurance of project resource and/or material supply.
