Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect for architectural and interior design, development of executive projects, and comprehensive support throughout the design process. Key Highlights: 1. Each of our projects seeks to connect interior and exterior spaces, integrating and implementing new construction trends, materials, finishes, and sustainability alternatives—creating architecture accompanied by a high-quality client experience, yielding innovative project outcomes and leveraging the latest technology. **Job Description.** * Architectural and interior design * Development of executive projects * Provide assistance throughout the design process (design and executive project phases) * Support in developing creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions * Participate as an integral member of the design team * Assist in generating design-related information across its various stages * Personally verify the accuracy, completeness, and legibility of work **Required Skills and Knowledge.** Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (degree conferred) Previous Experience: * 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior design Required Knowledge: * **Revit (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT – TEST WILL BE ADMINISTERED) Intermediate level.** * **English language: conversational and written proficiency (interview required).** * SketchUp * AutoCAD * 3ds Max * Corona * Adobe Suite * Microsoft Office Competencies: * Effective verbal and written communication * Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and motivation to learn * Collaborative and professional work ethic * Proactive participation in design reviews * Experience in developing projects across their various phases * Knowledge of the construction process * Familiarity with documentation required for construction permits and urban development approvals * Problem-solving capability * Knowledge of executive project development and technical specifications * Attention to detail **Diversity and Inclusion at DIP Arquitectos.** At DIP Arquitectos, we believe human dignity and respect for every individual are fundamental to our timely and healthy development within society.
