Jomaq Construction is seeking a **SAFETY RESIDENT** for an industrial construction project in Aguascalientes. ***Responsibilities:*** * Ensure workers comply with STPS requirements and internal safety regulations on site; * Investigate situations deemed hazardous by workers or the Safety Committee; * Conduct safety inspections and investigate workplace accidents/incidents; * Verify and analyze compliance with accident control measures; * Inform workers about potential workplace hazards; * Train and ensure workers understand and follow safety standards and properly use appropriate personal protective equipment for each task; * Implement, track, and close preventive and corrective actions; * Supervise the formation, training, and operation of emergency brigades, first aid, and firefighting teams; * Report monthly on safety performance; * Coordinate distribution of PPE according to needs; * Perform minor wound treatments; * Provide first aid; * Deliver morning safety talks. ***Requirements:*** * Associate degree (TSU) in Industrial Engineering or proven experience; * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction sites; * Knowledge of NOM 031\. ***Work Schedule:*** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM ***We Offer:*** * Uniforms; * Career development and growth plan; * Savings fund.
