We are currently seeking an experienced, committed, and responsible Surveillance Manager to guarantee the security and smooth operation of our facilities. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in surveillance or private security * Motorcycle operation skills * Experience in access control and personnel supervision * Knowledge of incident handling and logging **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with access protocols * Coordinate patrols within the development * Handle and report relevant situations * Record personnel incidents * Prepare daily activity reports **We Offer:** * Schedule: 24x24 * Location: Between Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, and the León highway * Weekly salary: $3,900\.00 * Statutory benefits * Additional health-related benefits * Training and career growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided phone Application question(s): * Can you ride a motorcycle? * Do you have your own vehicle?
