Responsibilities Direct supervision of operational staff. Coordination of services and coverage. Training and follow-up of security personnel. Preparation of operational reports. Incident response and control. Verification of compliance with instructions and protocols. Requirements Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (certified). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Security Supervisor. Personnel management and leadership skills. Experience in operational training. Experience in coverage planning and shift control.
