




**Highly prestigious company in the Health sector:** **EXPERIENCED TRAINING ANALYST** **MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE GUADALAJARA METROPOLITAN AREA** REQUIREMENTS \* **Age: 24 years and older** \* **Mandatory Education: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Pedagogy.** Ø Complementary training: Courses in Human Resources Management, Staff Training, Instructor Training and Quality Management. Ø ISO Standards Certification: Certification in ISO 7101 or MUEC is desirable. Ø Continuous Training: Updating courses on Occupational Safety and Health regulations, Training Techniques, Project Management, and use of digital e\-learning platforms. \* **Required Experience:** Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience in staff training and development, preferably within the health sector. Ø Experience managing training programs compliant with national and international quality standards. Ø Experience facilitating both in\-person and virtual training sessions. Ø Knowledge of technological tools for developing training materials and managing programs on digital platforms. **Specific Areas of Expertise:** * Proficiency in **Intermediate\-level Excel**: · Regulations: Knowledge of international regulations such as **ISO 7101, MUEC**, and **STPS guidelines and documentation** related to staff training and development in the health sector. · Training Tools: Proficiency in e\-learning platforms and digital tools for creating interactive content. · Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and apply solutions based on such analysis. **Languages:** English: Basic level \*\*Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Two Saturdays per month on standby, 9:00 a.m.\-1:00 p.m.), with possibility of conducting trainings on weekends or outside regular hours, as required by the program. \*\*Company Location:** Guadalajara, Minerva Zone. **Work Modality:** On\-site work, with possibility of delivering remote training via digital platforms. **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:** to develop, coordinate and implement training programs for employees aligned with the company’s established quality standards, contributing to employees’ professional development, improving their performance, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
