




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist with experience in customer service, remote technical support, and handling communication platforms to assist clients and maintenance personnel. Mandatory proficiency in communication platforms DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Customer service and technical support for incoming calls. Remote connections • Support and advisory services for maintenance staff, installation technicians, and application users. • Generation and submission of communication reports and history logs. • Management of communication platforms (Mandatory). Preferably in security systems and remote connections. BASIC REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE • Windows Operating System (Version 10) and Office (Word, Excel, etc.) • Windows Server 2008, 2012 • Email configuration and support (e.g., Microsoft Outlook) • Web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer) • Remote configuration and support of computers/printers • Proficiency in remote access tools (e.g., LogMeIn, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop Manager, etc.) • Communications: Desktop equipment configuration, networks, etc. • Printers • Point-of-Sale (POS) systems • INDISPENSABLE experience with internal and/or external platforms • Experience resolving issues remotely • Customer service experience: 1 year (Mandatory) . -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma - Professional Technical Education 1 year of experience Keywords: support, support, support, technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
