Company: Distribution Center Full-time Industrial Administration Engineering, Business Management / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field 2 years of experience in warehouse processes **Position Purpose** Ensure the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes, guaranteeing that operations comply with standards, procedures, internal policies, and established operational indicators, as well as ensuring consistent development of operational staff—thereby preventing disruptions originating from warehouse, transportation, or quality issues. Manage inventory of domestic products, toll-manufactured goods, raw materials, imports, exports, and external warehouses. **A Day in the Life of...** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse processes, ensuring sound distribution practices and resource management, as well as efficiency and control indicators, through collaboration with various involved departments and proper process execution. * Ensure adherence to packing and assembly processes according to precise customer specifications, minimizing rejections and returns due to shortages, damages, defects, improper arrangements, documentation errors, etc. * Coordinate with various departments (Factory, Toll Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Customer Service, Transportation, Quality, and Planning) for proper inventory management (receipts, storage, shipments), ensuring inventory data is always up-to-date. * Maintain healthy inventories through cyclic counts and timely system entries (SAP, PH) synchronized with physical product movements. Ensure FEFO (First Expired, First Out) product dispatch compliance with official guidelines. * Manage and implement process improvements to ensure upward trends in strategic indicators for receiving, picking, and shipping. * Apply the NCE Model by utilizing its established procedures and tools to ensure process profitability and integrated, systematic management of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, and Hygiene—based on internal standards (SGI) and external standards (ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, and NQMS). * Build a high-performing work team through selection, training, and development, ensuring achievement of departmental objectives in the short, medium, and long term. **What Will Make You Successful...** * Industrial Administration Engineering, Business Management / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field * 2 years of experience in warehouse processes, inventory control
