Solar Project Coordinator Requirements: Licensed professional in Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Photovoltaic system certification preferred (e.g., FIDE, NABCEP, CONOCER, or similar). 2–5 years of experience coordinating solar or electrical projects. Experience managing technical staff and contractors. Knowledge of electrical standards and industrial safety. Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling Technical supervision Operational management Administrative coordination Client relationship management Quality and safety assurance Project closure and delivery Technical Competencies • Reading of electrical and mechanical drawings. • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Monday, Trello). • Knowledge of inverters, panels, mounting structures, and interconnection systems. • Interpretation of single-line diagrams and calculation reports.
