Location: Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Mechanics, or a technical program in Electromechanics. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a lathe operator. * **CNC knowledge** and ability to interpret technical drawings. * Analytical and effective communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manufacture mechanical parts using milling machines, lathes, and planers to ensure optimal functionality of components required for organizational equipment and devices. * **Preparation and adjustment of CNC lathes**: Configuration of **necessary settings** on the machine according to design drawings. * **Quality control during production**: Inspection of manufactured parts to ensure compliance with **required quality criteria**. * **Use of cutting tools and powered tools**: Selection and replacement of **measuring instruments** and **optimal cutting conditions**. * **Programming and operation of lathes**: Use of software such as **Mori Seiki** and control systems to optimize the machining process. * **Production of parts in short and long runs**: Machine adaptation for both prototyping and mass production. * **Maintenance and adjustments in production centers**: Inspection of lathe conditions and optimization of machinery performance. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Life insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Year-end bonus starting from the first year, with increasing days * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
