Job Description: * We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to join our sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting customers through CRM, ensuring the efficiency of sales processes and contributing to achieving company goals. * **Document Management:** Preparation and follow-up of quotations, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation. * **Customer Service:** Providing telephone and email support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving questions. * **Database Management:** Keeping the customer and business opportunity database up to date. * **Logistics Coordination:** Coordinating product or service delivery with the logistics and production departments. * **Order Follow-up:** Tracking customer orders from receipt to delivery.
