




We are looking for a Production Control Technical Coordinator to ensure the operational balance of production by work center, ensuring that the load is efficiently distributed and aligned with installed capacity. The position includes supervising execution control on the plant floor, collaborating with process engineering and production to validate times, cuts, and priorities, ensuring on-time shipments without generating bottlenecks. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan production by work center considering actual times and maximum loads per station * Monitor timely fulfillment of scheduled shipments * Update and report daily control charts and progress by work center * Coordinate with production the manufacturing of parts and material flow between stations * Supervise logistics of material cuts such as tubulars or melamines to reduce waste * Monitor consumption by work center and propose balancing adjustments * Identify deviations between planning and execution, and propose solutions with process engineering * Control idle and utilized capacity in the plant (actual productivity percentage by work center) **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education:** * Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field * Degree level: Bachelor's **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in production control, operational planning, or plant balancing * Knowledge of industrial processes, routing sheets, work orders, and plant flows **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** **Technical:** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, control dashboards) * Ability to read work orders, routing sheets, and station capacities * Use of production balancing and monitoring tools * Interpretation of control charts and standard times * Knowledge of cutting, assembly, CNC, painting, upholstery processes **Personal:** * Logical and sequential thinking to balance multiple variables on the plant floor * High level of organization and follow-up * Analytical ability under pressure and solution-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills with production, engineering, and management * Proactive and operationally focused to respond to unexpected load changes **PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** * Scheduled shipment compliance: 95% * Operational balance across centers with deviation \< 10% * Daily update of control charts before 8:30 AM * Number of avoidable reworks due to poor balancing or sequencing: 3 per month * Optimized material consumption with no stoppages due to shortages: 97% compliance **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus) * Weekly payroll * 33% vacation premium * Weekly grocery vouchers * Savings fund (company contributes + 50% employee contribution) * Savings box (5% employee contribution + $50 weekly) * Cafeteria service * 6 vacation days upon completion of probation period * 6 additional paid leave days per year
