Packaging Development Coordinator

Description

**Location:** Fáb Lagos CPW **SAP:** Intermediate – Advanced **Project Management:** Advanced **Objective:** Lead the development and optimization of packaging materials in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring innovative solutions that meet functional, sustainability, and cost requirements, driving savings, continuous quality improvement, and organizational capability enhancement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement packaging solutions jointly with suppliers, aligned with technical, regulatory, and customer expectations. * Identify and drive packaging initiatives that generate measurable savings without compromising product quality. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, R\&D) to ensure alignment with business strategy. * Develop and maintain technical specifications, operational standards, and packaging system documentation. * Monitor packaging performance in production plants and the market, driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Evaluate new materials, technologies, and supplier capabilities for innovation projects. * Manage and ensure proper creation and updating of materials (Zpack/ROH/ZTRV) and master recipes in SAP. * Lead training for manufacturing and quality teams, strengthening knowledge of packaging technologies. * Ensure data accuracy and compliance in systems, contributing to departmental KPIs. **What Will Make You Successful:** * **Bachelor’s Degree:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Required Experience:** At least 1 year managing packaging production systems. * Experience in food industry, manufacturing, quality, or process design. * Knowledge of production and packaging processes (preferably food). * Proficiency in statistical tools (intermediate level). * Experience in project management, ideally in continuous improvement. * Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
