Due to business growth, we are looking for dedicated, results-driven individuals to join our Recruitment team. Position: Recruiter Location: Downtown Guadalajara Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (completed or incomplete). Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter for Operational and Administrative personnel. General knowledge of Human Resources processes. Preparation of personnel files and contracts. Workplace climate management, leave administration, administrative minutes, hiring, resignations, etc. Proficiency in various Recruitment and Selection platforms. We Offer: Bi-weekly payment Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits Job stability Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, plus one Saturday per month on duty from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Fixed day off on Sunday.
