




**Your mission will be:** To retain the client and respond to specific needs in order to achieve their goals, generating strategies that allow linking the target audience, the salesperson, and the brand with Glüky's incentive plan; ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives established by the client in terms of figures, percentages, and goals. **What profile are we looking for?** **Education:** Professional in administration, engineering, business management, marketing, and/or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in account and client management. **Specific knowledge:** * Advanced Excel * Go To Market (Desirable) * Marketing or Trade Marketing * Budget management **Responsibilities:** * Manage the client relationship and ensure that the agreed-upon services for the program are fulfilled. * Actively participate with ideas and solutions during planning meetings with the team. * Support negotiation with the client, consolidating commercial agreements. * Maintain communications with other company departments, following up on tasks/activities agreed upon with clients. * Receive new clients from the coordination team to execute the project. * Ensure platform setup according to client requests, communicating development requirements to the technology, design, and operations teams. * Follow up on program updates to manage them and provide solutions. **Competencies:** * Results orientation * Negotiation strategies * Assertive communication * Strategic relationships Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
