**Requirements.** * Education: Electromechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering * 1 year of experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production or industrial machinery. * Knowledge of engineering development and tequila production processes. * Ability to coordinate mechanical teams. * Proficiency with tools and preferably knowledge in industrial machinery programming. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** Schedule periodic interventions for critical equipment (distillation columns, pumps, boilers, etc.). Coordinate and schedule maintenance team roles. Conduct analysis for implementing action plans that improve production levels by reducing downtime due to machine failures or adjustments. Train and guide mechanics and machine operators so they have the basic knowledge required to apply immediate corrective actions. Present reports regarding personnel incidents and machinery efficiencies. **Key performance indicators for the position:** Compliance with corrective and preventive maintenance plans for machinery.
