General Services Supervisor
**Job Objective**
Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of the company’s general services, guaranteeing efficient performance of employee transportation, cleaning, cafeteria, pool vehicles, office supplies, foreign personnel procedures, payments, and various procurement activities—contributing to a safe, orderly, and functional work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate **employee transportation services** (routes, schedules, vendors, incidents).
* Manage and monitor **in-house and/or external cleaning staff**.
* Coordinate **cafeteria operations** (vendor management, food quality, hygiene, compliance with guidelines).
* Control and manage the supply of **stationery and general office supplies**.
* Manage and monitor **pool vehicles** (allocation, maintenance, usage control, documentation).
* Carry out and follow up on **foreign personnel procedures** (support in immigration processes, documentation, coordination with internal and external departments).
* Control and manage **various payments** related to general services.
* Execute **various procurement activities** (quotations, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice tracking).
* Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and internal departments.
* Prepare monitoring, cost, and service follow-up reports.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
**Requirements**
* Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
* Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in a similar role (General Services, Administration, Facilities).
* Experience managing vendors and administrative controls.
* Knowledge of procurement and payment processes.
* Preferred experience in **industrial or automotive companies**.
* Basic to intermediate English (preferred but not mandatory).
