Your mission is to verify and maintain operational conditions in the grinding process while maintaining constant communication with the Process Coordinator to produce goods compliant with quality, safety, order, security, environmental management, and cleanliness standards—within defined volume, time, and cost parameters—and in accordance with company-established procedures and policies. **Your Responsibilities:** **Supervision and Operation of Process Equipment:** * Know the location, operation, and names of equipment such as dryers and gluten pre-dewatering units. * Operate and control bran dryers, sulfuring towers, and fiber washing trains. * Maintain stable operating variables to ensure efficient performance of the grinding line. * Operate rotary dryers and high-performance equipment. **Technical Process Knowledge:** * Apply fundamental concepts such as temperature, condensate, steam, and pressure. * Conduct and interpret operational profiles across different process stages. * Measure Baumé degrees (°Be) and perform SO₂ analysis at specific process stages. **Regulatory Compliance and Good Practices:** * Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Comply with material control policies for glass, plastic, and wood (I00V0103\). * Execute external and detailed cleaning plans. * Implement operational prerequisites and critical task analyses. **Documentation Management and Digital Systems:** * Create and record Maintenance Orders (MOs) in SAP. * Search for and consult documents on platforms such as Intelex and Insite. **Industrial and Operational Safety:** * Complete safety permits and conduct safety pauses per established protocols. **Your Contribution to This Role:** Academic Background: * Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Engineering degree. Experience: * Minimum 2 years in operational roles within the industry or related companies.
