Job Summary: Ensure efficient control, safeguarding, and movement of materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse, guaranteeing order, availability, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages control and movement of materials and equipment 2. Organizes and maintains order and cleanliness in the warehouse 3. Coordinates with procurement and operations for supply Ensure proper control, safeguarding, and movement of materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse, ensuring order, availability, and timely delivery to support company operations, while complying with safety and internal control guidelines. KNOWLEDGE: Inventory control Basic Excel or record-keeping skills Use of warehouse forms Identification of materials and tools Basic warehouse safety standards SKILLS: Organization, teamwork Responsibility, attention to detail Time management, operational discipline Basic communication Proactivity ACTIVITIES: Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment. Arrange and organize products in their assigned locations within the warehouse. Prepare spare parts for Service Engineers and customers. Control material outflows using established systems or forms. Support physical inventories (cyclic and general). Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Verify spare parts status upon receipt and/or dispatch. Report shortages, overages, or damages detected. Assist with loading and unloading of spare parts. Manage tools assigned to Service Engineers. Comply with safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse. Assist in identification, labeling, and classification of materials. Record movements in internal systems or forms. Coordinate with procurement and operations for supply.
