Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions regarding available services. Update the reservation and cancellation list throughout the day, notify service providers of last\-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed in coordination with the supervisor or manager. Register guests upon arrival for their appointment, confirm their first and last name, and provide general spa orientation upon arrival. Promote and sell spa or salon services. Obtain assigned cash drawer and ensure monetary accuracy, secure necessary change for expected transaction volume, and keep the cash drawer secure at all times. Process guest payments for spa or salon services and obtain payment authorization as required. Accept and record cash tips for employees. Balance, scan, and deliver receipts to Accounting. Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and fulfill guest service needs; express genuine appreciation; assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
