Job Summary: Provide support in the Technical-Architectural Department, applying and strengthening knowledge to solve projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the Technical-Architectural Department 2. Study and execution of architectural projects 3. Computer-aided technical drawing (2D and 3D) GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide support to all members of the Technical-Architectural Department by applying, developing, and strengthening their knowledge in solving projects at both the preliminary and executive design stages, in accordance with the company’s techno-construction requirements and government agencies’ regulations (current building codes and technical standards). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Study of executive project documentation to ensure proper implementation * Study of construction methods and itemized cost catalog * Computer-aided technical drawing (2D and 3D) of floor plans, elevations, and sections, following established drafting standards Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for an indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Proficiency in CAD 2D and 3D drawing Work Location: On-site employment
