Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and evaluate technical and skills training programs in the plastics sector. * Identify organizational training needs and propose innovative solutions. * Coordinate and deliver in-person workshops, courses, and training sessions for operational and administrative staff. * Measure training effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in Training and Development within manufacturing or industrial companies. * Experience managing STPS processes: Training Needs Assessment (DNC), development of Plans and Programs, reporting, and regulatory compliance. * Knowledge of learning methodologies and instructional design. * Effective communication, leadership, and initiative. * Availability for on-site work in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.
