**Valhum is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant in San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT** **Experience and Requirements:** * Education: Junior High School * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position **Objective:** Performs cleaning activities using tools and cleaning supplies; maintains the company’s facilities, furniture, and equipment in optimal condition; and ensures that assigned duties are completed within established timeframes. **Responsibilities:** * Timely requests cleaning supplies and materials required to carry out cleaning activities. * Thoroughly cleans all company areas (floors, furniture, desks, chairs, doors, door handles, windows, sinks, restrooms, water dispensers, kitchen equipment). * Cleans exterior areas of the company, including parking lots and adjacent streets. * Stocks restrooms and cafeteria with supplies (sanitary products, toilet paper, soap). * Reports any anomalies, damage, or malfunctions to Human Resources. * Complies with instructions from other departments regarding cleanliness or observations aimed at maintaining facilities in optimal condition. * Provides support for setting up meeting rooms as required (meetings, training sessions). * Cleans glass on doors and windows. * Prepares garbage for collection according to proper handling requirements. * Attends courses designated by the company. * Performs all tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor that contribute to improving quality and productivity. * Performs all tasks that enhance performance within their work area. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality of information under their custody. * Responsible for the proper and efficient use of cleaning supplies. * Keeps company facilities clean and orderly.
