Adaptation and generation of projects in accordance with applicable regulations. **We are hiring Architectural Project Designers!** Work Location: Tacubaya, Miguel Hidalgo Borough **100% On-site Work** We seek **Architectural Project Designers** with experience in architectural and executive project development who wish to join a professional and growing team. **Required Profile** Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Professional Degree and Professional License are mandatory.** **Main Responsibilities** * Complete architectural project development for construction execution and on-site adaptations during the construction process. * Development of schematic and executive projects across all components. * Preparation of presentation sheets, renders, and target images. * Preparation of descriptive and calculation reports. * Preparation of concept catalogs and quantifications. * Architectural-level construction supervision. * Coordination with specialized disciplines (engineering, structural design, and unit pricing). * Architectural surveys. * Adaptation and generation of projects in accordance with applicable regulations. **Technical Knowledge** * Revit: Architectural module is mandatory; Revit MEP and add-ons are valued; knowledge of Revit LOD 350 is a plus. **A technical test will be administered.** * AutoCAD * Adobe Creative Suite * Microsoft Office Suite * Canva * Rendering and post-production software **We Offer** * Competitive salary: The offered salary is GROSS.
