Participate in labor audits or inspections. Coordinate voluntary resignations or contract terminations. Calculate and review severance payments and final settlements. Recover company equipment and institutional documentation. Open, update, and safeguard physical or digital personnel files. Verify compliance with mandatory documentation requirements.
