




Position Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of pre-payroll, payroll, social security, and tax obligations such as IMSS and INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of pre-payroll and payroll, including calculations and severance settlements. 2. Management of social security and tax obligations (IMSS/INFONAVIT). 3. Ensuring payroll CFDI stamping and reconciliation of IMSS filings. 1\. Comprehensive Pre\-Payroll and Payroll Management Calculation of Earnings and Deductions: Processing weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate calculation of absences, tardiness, overtime, Sunday premiums, and vacation entitlements. Severance Settlements and Liquidations: Precise calculation of employment terminations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), distinguishing between voluntary resignations and dismissals. CFDI Payroll Stamping: Ensuring each payroll receipt is correctly stamped under version 4\.0 standards and that concepts (earnings/deductions) match SAT catalogs. 2\. Social Security and Tax Obligations (IMSS / INFONAVIT) IDSE and SUA Management: Handling employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with IMSS. Managing the Unified Self-Determination System (SUA) for employer-employee contribution payments. EMA and EBA Determination: Monthly and bimonthly reconciliation of IMSS filings against internal records to prevent discrepancies and penalties. Work Risk Factor: Annual calculation of the Risk Premium and updating it with the institute. INFONAVIT and FONACOT Withholdings: Managing withholding notices, modifications, and suspensions of employee deductions.
