We are currently seeking a **Finance Assistant**, with an operational focus, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. ### **What will be your role?** Support financial and payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation, control, and reporting of information in accordance with tax regulations and the company’s internal policies. ### **Functions and responsibilities** * Support **payroll calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado)** in compliance with current tax regulations. * Perform **data reconciliation** of processed information (incidents, hours, payments). * Generate **financial and payroll reports**. * Follow up on and **address payroll-related requests** from operational staff. * Verify the correct compilation and control of financial information. * Support administrative activities within the finance department. ### **Benefits we offer** * **Monthly salary of $10,500 net** * Statutory benefits from day one * (IMSS, vacation time, year-end bonus, vacation premium) * Ongoing training * Job stability * Positive work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** ### **Job requirements** **Education:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or candidate in **Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field** **Experience:** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in finance, payroll, or administration **Knowledge and skills:** * Basic payroll knowledge * Excel proficiency (basic–intermediate level) * Organization and attention to detail * Handling of confidential information **Are you interested in this opportunity?** Apply through this channel and begin your process with one of Latin America’s top private security companies.
