(Responsibilities): JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform, manage, schedule, coordinate, and supervise all activities inherent to the department, work orders for daily maintenance tasks based on the preventive and corrective maintenance program and specific activities. * Procure tools, materials, and equipment required for departmental operations and task completion. · Maintain infrastructure necessary for process operations. * Prepare the annual maintenance budget by evaluating machinery maintenance requirements. · Coordinate and execute corrective maintenance as needed. * Be responsible for continuous improvement of methods and procedures. * Define and plan the maintenance policy, aiming to enhance the preventive model and establish rational operational maintenance methodologies. * Ensure proper functioning of company work equipment and facilities. * Plan preventive and predictive maintenance for production machinery and equipment, ensuring their reliable operation. * Create and maintain up-to-date preventive and predictive maintenance manuals, verifying their implementation. ### **Requirements** * Responsible for maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems in good working condition. * Responsible for maintaining auxiliary cooling and lighting systems in good condition. * Responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Comply with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. What do you need? (Requirements): * Education: Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering (completed degree only — no students). * Required academic level: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum experience: 2 \- 3 years as MAINTENANCE MANAGER RESIDE NEAR THE WORK LOCATION (NICOLAS ROMERO) Knowledge: * + ISO 9001:2015 (DESIRABLE) + Microsoft Office 365 What do we offer? * Weekly salary payment. * 12 vacation days. * Social Security.
