Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar role. Gender: Not specified. Age: Not specified. Solid knowledge in: • Basic Java SE programming • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals • Basic use of Spring / Spring Boot (desirable) • Elementary knowledge of: • SQL (simple queries) • HTML/CSS/JS (if required by the application) • Initial handling of: • Git • IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans) • Basic understanding of application logs Responsibilities: • Activities within the Application Support project (Trainee) • Handling Level 1 / Level 2 incidents • Performing initial error analysis (log review) • Supporting resolution of: • Simple functional errors • Configuration failures • Appropriate escalation of more complex tickets • Executing simple SQL scripts under guidance • Validating fixes in development or QA environments • Documenting: • Recurring incidents • Applied solutions • Ticket tracking in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.) • Support during deployment windows (observer/support role) We offer: Training Statutory and above-statutory benefits Career and Life Plan.
