A company powered by our people.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed high school * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate-level Excel skills * Flexible availability for work hours * Recent experience of 6 months to 1 year **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Application of sound documentation practices * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance per the annual maintenance plan * Preparation of audit-ready reports * Maintenance of structures, facilities, and equipment * Proper use of facilities, tools, and spare parts * Diagnostics of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) * Vendor management and communication * Recording and updating of maintenance activities in the maintenance program * Compliance with company-established quality and safety standards **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends is required, as operational needs dictate **Work Location:** Querétaro Industrial Park * Querétaro Industrial Park, Av. de la Cruz 107 \-B, 76223 Santa Rosa Jáuregui, Qro. **WE OFFER:** * $14,931 monthly gross salary * Transportation * 10% food vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Indefinite-term contract.
