**Job Description** As a Junior Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating operational teams, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and ensuring achievement of production targets. Focused on optimizing all production operations related to the assembly, validation, and manufacturing of automotive LED lighting modules. This position ensures compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\), efficiency levels, operational safety, on-time delivery (OTD), and budgets established by the organization and by the OEM/Tier 1 customer\. Academic Qualifications * Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field. * Master's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or Engineering preferred. Experience * 5\+ years as a manufacturing manager or leader in the automotive industry. * Proven experience in LED module, electronic, or optical component production. * Knowledge of automotive tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA. Technical Competencies * Knowledge of electronic, optical, and assembly processes. * Proficiency with analytical software (Minitab, Advanced Excel). * Experience in automation and robotics (desirable).
