San Antonio de la Punta, Querétaro, QUERÉTARO 76135 MEX. Your mission will be: 1\. Vehicle operation Demonstrate safe driving skills and maintain an acceptable driving record for the company’s insurance provider, as well as ensure proper vehicle conditions (e.g., compliance with local regulations, inspections, and unit maintenance). 2\. Customer and company service Provide courteous customer service and communicate emerging customer requirements to the laboratory as needed. Perform other related tasks as required by the company. 3\. Sample collection Collect customer samples at the agreed-upon time and prioritize their timely arrival at the laboratory under appropriate temperature conditions. 4\. Sampling Collect samples of water, living surfaces, inert surfaces, allergens, air, raw materials, and finished products, prioritizing their timely arrival at the laboratory under appropriate temperature conditions. 5\. Information recording Accurately complete forms and logbooks. **YOUR SKILLS** * Profile (Education and professional experience): Technical school or high school diploma required, with knowledge of Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related technical field. * This position requires general knowledge of food, water, and environmental and/or food sampling; familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices and quality policies to ensure appropriate and efficient performance of assigned tasks; and knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and necessary policies to ensure a safe working environment. * Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and help build interdepartmental relationships. * Planning and organization to ensure samples are collected and delivered to the laboratory correctly and that travel time is optimized due to route constraints. Punctuality and discipline are also key skills to meet customer requirements regarding sampling/collection programs.
