Job Summary: NEDEC MEXICO is seeking an Industrial Engineer with experience in automotive quality control and assurance to lead quality management, claims handling, and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in automotive quality control and assurance. 2. Leadership in quality management and claims handling (8D's). 3. Maintenance and updating of quality standards (Control Plan, FMEA). **NEDEC MEXICO** specializes in the manufacturing of automotive components and parts (automotive industry). **Requirements:** \-Industrial Engineering degree or related field. \-1.5 years of experience in quality control and assurance within the automotive sector. \-English proficiency: 70%. **Knowledge:** \-Leadership in handling external 8D claims. \-Preparation of follow-ups and validation of internal non-conformities. \-Follow-up and validation of concessions/process or product deviations. \-Follow-up and validation of 4M process changes. \-Preparation, follow-up, and validation of lessons learned. \-Maintenance and updating of: Control Plan / FMEA / Flow Diagram for mass production. \-Management of annual PPAP revalidation. \-Conducting LPA audits, product audits, and Gemba walks. \-Monthly analysis of scrap / SPC / MSA. \-Control and follow-up of returns. \-Establishment, improvement, and training on quality standards according to customer CSR requirements. \-Support for second-party and internal audits. \-Management of sorting / rework / internal and external processes. \-Control and updating of database. **Skills:** \-Proactive \-Effective communication \-Responsible \-Honest \-Leadership Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Savings fund * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
