Job Description: As a Facilities Sr Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of facilities at assigned sites, with the primary function being to guarantee operational readiness, safety, and functional efficiency of facilities through proper vendor management, maintenance supervision, and general service administration. Responsibilities include: CMMS and BMS tool management. Management and delivery of EHS deliverables. Compliance with ISO 15489 procedures. Adherence to required preventive and corrective maintenance and service programs. Service report management. Handling of service requests. Generation and tracking of purchase requisitions. Compliance with financial procedures (invoice-approval-payment) and reporting on respective platforms. Effective coordination and communication with clients and operational teams. Preparation, generation, and submission of documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, PIPC, STPS, and CTPAT. Monthly report tracking and KPI presentation to clients. Knowledge Areas: Electrical installations. HVAC systems. Fire protection systems. Plumbing and sanitary installations. General building maintenance. Real estate asset management. Contractor management. Utility-related administrative procedures. OPEx and forecasting control. DBMS handling.
