At IMI, you’ll find a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where you can truly thrive. **Role Overview** ===================================== Perform maintenance/construction/service activities to ensure continuous operation of building facilities and uninterrupted production processes, with a focus on a safe and continuously improving environment. **Work Environment:** ===================== On-site. **Key Responsibilities:** ============================ * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for any defects occurring in the plant building. * Close out unsafe conditions in building facilities, machinery, and equipment—including prevention, correction, and installation of machine guards and equipment safeguards. * Participate in Safety and Occupational Health System activities and programs as required. * Perform maintenance, operation, and control of water treatment plant, compressors, utility supply lines, wastewater and process water handling, lighting networks across the entire plant, and ensure equipment availability and quality. * Identify and coordinate implementation of improvement opportunities within the building, tooling, and assembly device maintenance systems. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities in office areas. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems related to equipment potentially impacting building maintenance. **Critical Competencies for Success:** ======================================== * Required Education: Completed High School or Technical Bachelor’s Degree. * Specialization: Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics. * 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance Department. * Time management. * Teamwork. * Active communication. **Health and Safety** ===================== The physical demands described in the Key Duties and Responsibilities section of this job description are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
