Systems Manager – Automotive Agency **Location:** Queretaro, Qro, near Plaza Antea **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM Position Objective Ensure the proper operation of the agency's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity, information security, and efficient support to all departments. Main Responsibilities * Administer and supervise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, computing equipment) * Ensure availability and proper functioning of internal systems * Coordinate technical support for users (hardware and software) * Implement technological improvements to optimize agency processes * Manage technology service providers * Ensure information security and backups * Supervise system installation, maintenance, and updates * Support implementation of CRM systems or sales platforms Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of networks, servers, technical support, and cybersecurity * Experience managing work teams * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Service-oriented attitude and leadership ability We Offer * Competitive salary of $24,200 gross per month * $800 monthly food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Company parking Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
