




Position Summary: We are seeking an OFCI Supply Planner to coordinate programming, logistics, and availability of equipment and materials, ensuring their timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule. Supply Chain Management and Incident Resolution DESCRIPTION **Project Location:** Querétaro, Mexico **We seek local talent (residing in Querétaro or nearby areas).** **Eosol** is looking for an **OFCI Supply Planner** with **a minimum of 5 years of experience** in planning, tracking, and controlling materials supplied by the client in construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the programming, logistics, and availability of OFCI equipment and materials, ensuring their timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule. * Develop and monitor the OFCI material and equipment supply schedule. * Coordinate with the client, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely supply delivery. * Integrate the OFCI supply schedule with the project’s overall schedule. * Monitor key dates for manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and on-site availability. * Identify supply chain risks and propose corrective actions. * Track purchase orders, manufacturing status, and delivery logistics. * Coordinate on-site receipt, inspection, and storage of materials. * Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and critical supply tracking. * Ensure effective communication among engineering, procurement, and construction teams. * Manage incidents related to material delays, shortages, or damages. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in supply planning, logistics, or material control in construction projects. * Experience handling critical materials and equipment on site. * Knowledge of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). * Experience tracking purchase orders and supply logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred). * Analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Effective communication and coordination across multiple departments. ### **Desirable:** * Experience working with OFCI arrangements in construction projects. * Knowledge of supply chain and international logistics. * Familiarity with construction management platforms (ACC, Procore, or similar). * Intermediate English (for coordination with suppliers).
