This role is critical because it enables proactive detection and response to events that could escalate into incidents before they impact services or users. * Ability to interpret real-time data visualizations and detect patterns indicating potential incidents * Knowledge of creating and managing automated alerts based on thresholds or anomalous behavior * Ability to analyze and correlate events, identifying whether they signal a larger issue or a potential incident * Skill in prioritizing alerts and distinguishing between false positives and critical situations * Basic knowledge of automation to execute predefined actions upon detection of specific events, using scripts or tools * Ability to generate reports based on dashboard and alert data, presenting key information about system status, SLAs, and relevant KPIs * Familiarity with incident management processes to know when and how to escalate an issue detected via an alert * Coordination with support or infrastructure teams to ensure critical alerts are addressed promptly If you require any reasonable accommodation\* during your selection process, please inform the recruiter at your first contact.
