Strengthen strategic relationships with wedding planners and companies TRADE MANAGER Main Responsibilities * Define and implement the annual operational and commercial plan. * Set occupancy, revenue, and positioning targets. * Present results and key performance indicators to General Management. * Ensure quality, service, and hospitality standards. * Implement post\-event evaluation processes. * Represent Trama at strategic industry events. * Strengthen relationships with wedding planners, companies, and cultural managers. * Identify market opportunities in destination celebrations and corporate events. * Supervise budgets, costs, and profitability per event. * Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements. * Ensure brand positioning in the local market and destination. * Responsible for translating the brand vision into clear processes, defined standards, * and measurable results, consolidating Trama as a reference in contemporary celebrations * with a distinct Yucatán identity. * Supervise the creation of strategic content for social media and digital platforms.
