Job Summary: MAXISA is seeking an Electrification Resident to supervise and coordinate the execution of electrification works in residential developments and urbanization projects, ensuring quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrification works 2. Ensure proper execution and delivery of electrification work 3. Resolve technical and operational issues during construction THE COMPANY MAXISA IS SEEKING AN ELECTRIFICATION RESIDENT IN THE CIVIL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT Responsibilities – Electrification Resident * Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrification works in residential developments and urbanization projects. * Verify correct installation of medium- and low-voltage electrical networks according to drawings and technical specifications. * Supervise conduit installation, cabling, manholes, transformers, poles, and public lighting works. * Coordinate field operational staff, contractors, and suppliers. * Monitor project schedule and adherence to established timelines. * Review physical progress and quality of electrical installations. * Verify compliance with electrical safety standards and on-site working conditions. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and daily logs. * Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for work execution. * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction. * Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical installations. * Follow up on procedures and requirements with CFE or related authorities, as applicable. * Ensure proper execution and delivery of electrification work according to established quality and timeline requirements. WITH DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY MON–FRI: 8 AM TO 7 PM SATURDAYS: 8 AM TO 2 PM Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
