Active participation in internal and external audits Description and details of responsibilities We are seeking a **Quality Systems Engineer**. Primary job objective: Support the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 trinorm certification process and business expansion for the organization. **Specific Job Responsibilities** * Manage documented information through the QDOC digital system. * Ensure regulatory compliance of system documents. * Optimize document management system processes. * Digitally transform documented information. * Maintain information security within the digital repository. * Provide assistance and training to system users. * Collaborate with coordinators and issuers to develop system procedures and work instructions. * Report any nonconformities that could affect the effective performance of the quality management system. * Monitor performance indicators and propose solutions when targets are not met. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Follow up on corrective actions with the team until closure. * Prepare audit programs jointly with the QMS Coordinator. * Collaborate with EHSMS and OHSMS Coordinators to develop audit programs. * Manage corrective actions through the QDOC digital system. * Manage follow-up on internal audits and nonconformities through the QDOC digital system. Experience and Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * **Skills**: Analytical ability, problem-solving, assertive communication, detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and collaborative. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience creating dashboards in Power BI. * Project management and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in statistical tools. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards. * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent. * Experience managing document control using digital systems. * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: 7-Step Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, QRQC, 5 Whys. * Core tools. * Knowledge of LEAN principles. * Experience conducting internal/external audits.
